Something I am doing to get me headed in the right direction: going to the gym. So far just this last 2 days but I think it's really helping. I'm sleeping better at night. Yesterday I even "ran" which is really a Nicole jog at 4.2 mph speed but I felt really good after, doing intervals 5 minutes jogging ang 5 minutes briskly walking. I had no idea I could do that. I'm sore today. I have a personal training appointment next week too. Trying to get back on track. Lord, help me get back on track and stay back on track. I want to feel good again.
